Is it just noise or a signal to act?
Anxiety tip. When a distressing thought comes to mind it is your job to a take a step back and ask… is this a signal informing me I should take some type of action or is this just noise I am meant to ignore???
Beware not to throw gasoline on the fire of your thoughts.
For our own sanity and peace we must mature here and become experts at delineating between the two!!!
