I began playing soccer at the age of 6. I went on to represent numerous Olympic Development teams through childhood & earned a Division 1 soccer scholarship. Having played in the minor leagues (USL/PDL & National Arena Soccer league) I decided to make the leap and travel to Europe for a chance at achieving my dream. With some massive faith & willingness to fail I managed to join a squad just outside of Belfast Ireland & enjoyed 2 seasons before injury and the love of Florida brought me back to PB County.
I’m passionate about helping athlete’s break through their fears, achieve their goals, live with no regrets, while also helping them to tune into the fact that their chosen sport was never meant to become their identity, “it’s something you do, it’s not who you are”.
Jonathan also offers Adventure Therapy groups to local treatment centers with a focus on connecting participants to the healing qualities of the ocean. Sessions often involve interaction with marine life, snorkeling, paddle boarding, mindfulness training, breath training, and resilience training.
